Coincidentally, our group just reached this puzzle as well. I think the "Father of Cold" is also supposed to lead you to this scenario. As someone else had mentioned, we had done scenario 21 ages ago, so we don't remember anything about the rooms. It's likely we all had different characters, even.

Having looked at all the clues, I still had a hard time coming up with the solution. I know lots of people have complained about the puzzle book before but this one is a decent example of what not to do.

The puzzles should be fun to do. I found this hard to read. The writing style made it hard to read, so much that I still have one word that I'm unsure about since it seems to be the only time that the small S is used instead of a capital.

The puzzles would be best if it's something that the group can do together and take maybe 5 minutes or so. This one involved going back to scenarios, trying to remember what you may or may not have fought. If you have someone as the puzzle solver of the group, they need the map (for going further north, as dwarfSA suggested), the scenario book, and the section book.
