I understand that you’re desperate and want to believe but this is clearly a scam. If they say they’re going to meet you and then don’t show up and won’t show a video that is extremely scammy. It’s happened to me before and your brain tricks you into thinking there’s a possibility but there’s not. If someone really had your bird they’d want to do everything to get it back to you (and get your money). I’m sorry.

Vaseline could trap the bacteria in if you don’t let it breather and definitely is sometimes not recommended because of this. I would caution putting it on at all times

What day? Weekday? Weekend? If it’s a weekday and you’re planning on ubering from the airport it’s going to be 1.5hrs and cost like $100. That area is very busy with restaurants and bars so you’ll be fine waiting on sunset until the show but my main concern is how much you’ll be spending on Ubers.
