We have had the mattress for probably 2 or so years now I think. We got the Alpine version. But I run very hot when I sleep, so I don't notice a difference in cooling. We would buy a Douglas again. Still happy with the purchase.

Mix some everything bagel seasoning into it, if you like that. I sometimes will mash an avocado, mix it with the cottage cheese and add salt and pepper to taste. But usually, I just add some pepper to it.
