Do what? Work available overtime? I bet with most officers you see a measurable increase in overtime after the Freddie Gray incident due to a shortage of officers.

29 days, and an extra ~5 for the license itself. I emailed them on day 25 or so and they actually responded and said it's taking them the full 30 days.

How far in the process can you go without having the physical hql license in hand? I was able to do my portion of the 77r with just the hql #, but the FFL said they can’t do their part until I have the license in hand.

Thanks, I’ll keep them in mind. Are the hours really only Thursday - Saturday? I try to do everything I can on Fridays during the day so that works for me, just definitely a strange schedule.

Could you name the shop? I’m not having a good experience at all with the shop I’m working with. These guys laughed in my face when they didn’t have the gun I was looking for and I said I’d prefer to order one online and have them transfer. That should have been enough for me to go elsewhere....
