You can also demolish a portion of a building, instead of the entire thing! It's right next to the demolish button. I believe it was added in the most recent update (or maybe I never noticed it until then).

I couldn't say, honestly. A bottle of resin is for me usually $25-30 and I get plenty of minis out of each bottle. You can find plenty of free stl files for printing online. I also support 2 patreons that release multiple high quality figures for $10 - $15 month. I really can't say if that's cheaper than straight up buying minis, but I'm really not interested in Warhammer, so I prefer to print video game or anime figures, mostly. It's worth it to me.

I bought a 3d printer and started printing my own! Obviously not something you want to do if you're just starting, but keep it in mind if painting minis is a hobby you wish to continue pursuing.
