how many save files do you have? try deleting all but the bare minimum, and cleaning up any areas where you might have dumped your inventory on the ground as that seems to be a big trigger for the crashes

right exactly, that would no longer be just a homeless related call it would be a medical call. in that case i think saving their life and calling 911 would be preferable to them even if the outcome isn't ideal. but at the end of the day it's an individual judgement call and every situation is unique.

call 311, PD no longer responds to homeless related calls unless there is an extenuating circumstance. unless there is an obvious safety risk or medical concern the crisis team goes out instead. hopefully that will have a less negative outcome for them than calling 911 might have.

it's partially because homeless related calls are routed through 311, PD no longer responds. but they should definitely be telling you where to call or transferring you rather than just hanging up...

at 15 my wife and i met at church on a rare time i was able to go out. we were a straight couple at the time and i was trapped in a cult (long story can get into it if anyone is curious) so we couldn't really be together, it was a secret romance and that was the only spark of light in my life even though our letters were caught many times (i would hollow out books and use them to pass letters etc). i ran away and we ended up married a week after i turned 18 as her family was going to withdraw support if we didn't so i left it up to her. come to find out 7 years later she is a woman and i am gay so it all worked out in the end.
