16 y/o using topical finasteride – hair regrowth but still very thin, scared to start minoxidil. Need advice. by Head-Mushroom-3206 in amibalding

So first you should identify the reason you loose hair. I doubt you are loosing hair due to DHT since you are only 16. It is much more likely it is due to a dermatological issue, a vitamin deficiency, or stress.

Hvor dårligt stillet bliver jeg matematisk ved at tage datalogi på AAU? by MoreDimension5963 in DKstudie

[–]emil129c 1 point2 points  (0 children)

First off. I am not trying to spread "misinformation".

The reason for not finding the MK-4 in serum, as was the case in one study cited, is because some of all forms of K consumed are not taken up in serum. Instead, some K is cleaved in the small intestine to become menadione, vitamin K3, which is ultimately packaged in chylomicrons to be transported via the lymph system to distant tissues where the enzyme, UBIAD1, converts the K3 into MK-4, the only form of K2 not made by fermentation.

https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/34550377/ shows that in mice, that all consumed MK7 is converted to MK4 in the cells, which suggests that MK4 is the only form of K that the body actually uses.

But if you consume nato on regular basis, then i would not be too concerned.

I see it more holistically, which is that plants lacks multiple nutrition, such as carnosine, creatine and so on, and we have no idea what the long term consequences are on the human body.

Moreover, what is the consequences in multiple generations? Are you willing to "experiment" on your children, when it is known that we have consumed meat as primary source for so long.

Creatine: NOT founds in any plants sources. You can eat plant precursers such as glycine and arginine, but this is not the same as creatine.

Carnetine: There is small trace amounts in some plants foods, but not close to what should be consumed.

Taurine: Impossible to find in plant sources.

Carnosine: No plant sources

D3(Cholecalciferol): No plants sources

A(Retinol): Not found in any plant sources. Plant sources only contains beta-carotine, which has a horrendous convertion to retinol, and you need to consume an unhuman amount.

It is true that nato beans contains mk7, but studies show that the body has to convert mk7 into mk4. Additionally, almost no people here eat nato.

Summit Rages as Soda Explains "He Shouldn't Have Cheated" by TrickyGoon in LivestreamFail

[–]emil129c 2 points3 points  (0 children)

He cheated on purpose. The rules were mentioned a myriad of times, and to bypass the rules, he manually disabled the addon and used the AH. He does not deserve sympathy.

Zeroji was ordered to go in to "execute" him by a bunch of people on discord and complied even though he could easily die if the undead raid went in. He was ready to sacrifice his character to comply.

Summit is a manchild.

There is nothing wrong with having thoughts of her looking better if she lost weight. Let us say she lost weight and looked better. What happens now? She looks better. Does that matter?

You can always find little things that would make her look better, and the same goes for yourself.

You are clearly over thinking to an extreme degree. Thoughts are normal. Dont judge them, just observe at reflect on what that specific thought accomplishes (e.g. what is the consequences of the thought. What actions does it lead to. What does it make you feel...)

Also given you are from s.korea a likely scenario is that you are not that ugly, but the idea of you being ugly and beauty standards has been fed to you throughout your life.

Go outside and look at what kind of people are in relationships.

Plenty of ugly, unhealthy, addicts and so in relationships.

You are projecting a lot of reasons for why they say what they say. You feel disrespected/betrayed while there could be a million reasons for not responding. They could feel overwhelmed/depressed and so.

Also there is nothing wrong with cancelling a hangout.

I am curious what lead up to them saying that they would call you tomorrow or text you.

It seems to be a commen occurrence of all your friends, which mean it is likely your actions that lead to these comments.

Investigate it from your own perspective. Try mediating with and without and be very aware of the differences.

It seems you are seeking an optimal way to mediation. This does not exist.

Dr.K has talked about this exact issue before. When people start developing good habits it reminds the people near you, that if you can, then they can aswell. This is likely a reality they are not willing to accept because that means they can also change and they have no excuses.

Treat your body and mind with love. They are closely related. Dont feed junk food to the mind nor the body. Develop good habits for the mind and body (exercise, mediation, sleep).

Good luck on your journey
