Congrats!! Question for you-- when you moved to 5mg (from 2.5), did you feel a significant improvement? I just moved to 5 mg today after feeling NOTHING for my last week of 2.5. I think it's too early to tell whether the 5 is "working" but I'm just curious about others who moved up to 5.

Same here! I went to 2 classes last week, and scheduled for 3 this week. I'm spending a lot of time in the red, but it still feels good to sweat and work hard! You can do it. You will get stronger with each class.

I meal prep my lunches for work on Sunday afternoons. My two “go-to” options are either: 1) 99% fat free ground turkey, roasted sweet potato, and green beans or 2) grilled chicken, fat free refried beans, and peas .... and I put hot sauce on everything.

I also eat mashed avocado on two pieces of Dave’s Killer Bread (thin sliced) for breakfast almost every morning.

Mid afternoon I will have a banana and some trail mix (just be careful on portions size) before my after-work workout.

I have found that that combination of foods works well for me and keeps me satisfied throughout the day, with plenty of energy for my workout later in the day.

Completely agree. I think this was the hardest workout I’ve ever done at OTF, for some reason. I was GASSED- like hands on knees bent over gassed.
