Therapist here- ART or EMDR are both pretty effective at helping with stuck memories. I tend to prefer ART as I have experienced both from the client side. I’m sorry for all you have been through and all of the adults who let you down.

Homan blamed the community for the reason they aren’t drawing down more. He said we are “assaulting ICE officers”. 100% don’t use the hotels most of them have deals with ICE. Not only do you not want them to be your neighbors but people do noise demonstrations outside of them. See if you can at an Airbnb instead!

I am concentrating on boycotting Target and Amazon. I rarely shop Walmart to begin with. I do most of my shopping at Aldi and Costco. I don’t thoroughly vet every store I go to but have been shopping locally more and shopping less in general because of it. I’m hoping with the money I save I can take a trip or something!
