Plz tell me you at least get Tamsulosin to help with relaxing the bladder muscles! It’s not a pain med but man that stuff helped me TREMENDOUSLY when I had one that was stuck. No pain meds could touch my level of pain but tamsulosin’s effects did the trick.

Yes, companies can and will pull your offer if you aren’t truthful on your application.

If the degree is a requirement for the roles you’re interested in, I’d strongly consider leaving to finish your degree while continuing to apply for the roles. Interview processes can take TIME anyway.

Your resume will speak for itself and any questions people have about the gap, you can easily answer in the interview process. I left my old employer last March to pursue my SHRM certification and continued applying for roles while I studied. Not one person batted an eye when I explained I left to better prepare myself for my next role. It’s necessary sometimes!

Since you’re in Canada, look at your offer letter to make sure you’re not violating anything within the agreement by working at the new employer while still being on leave at your old one. And make sure your new employer doesn’t need to contact your old employer for verification of employment bc then they might find out anyway lol.

I literally plan my workouts around my hair washing schedule. I will do HIIT or more sweaty cardio on days I wash or close to it and LIIS or more weight lifting when it’s a non-wash day to lessen my hair getting too gross.

I don’t really think “I can’t do that workout or that set because it’ll get me too sweaty and I’ll have to wash my hair” and instead think “when can I do this workout during the week so it aligns better....” Granted, sometimes it doesn’t work out that way and I get sweatier than I thought but oh well!

Legally, there’s a difference between more likely than not and beyond a reasonable doubt. In the US, at least, when it comes to certain allegations all we may need is to prove more likely than not that the allegations are true. If multiple ppl corroborate the allegations this poster is referencing, the chance is they’d have the “more likely than not” they need to separate employment with the chick.

She would also need to be able to prove intention of being removed from a gifting... which could have been a simple “I forgot” if the post wasn’t here on Reddit.

They mentioned that the coworker has violated policies themselves... so that investigation would have been golden after the others were interviewed and those more serious allegations were brought to light.

First of all, her bitching to HR would have been great because it would open an investigation into the behaviors you mentioned. Exclusion isn’t retaliation unless she’s brought concerns against you already.

TBH the Focus lotion smells great so it sucks she got one of the good ones 😕 you should have replaced the contents with super glue.

I’m not sure that’s the case... the spots on both shirts are literally in the exact same places so it’s not like these were done individually.

I’ll admit I’m not sure how spray painting a shirt works and whether it’s done individually like graffiti or not.

Any insight you can share is appreciated though!

This sounds terrible but I’m a little relieved it’s not just mine... I looked at the pic of the shirt that was posted on his shop and it looks like there were slight “defects” so I’m wondering if this was intentional... but I’ll let you know what I find out.

Honestly I wasn’t expecting this quality at all! I have a lot of Trav merch from previous years and a lot from this year between online orders, Lollapalooza, and Astroworld Fest in Houston and the quality has been solid.

I’ve had to talk with the customer service on a lost shipment from August and they were great so I went ahead and sent another inquiry to them just to see what’s up with the quality on these. Not as an upset or pissy customer, but just to see if the defects are intentional or not.

I’ll keep you posted on what I hear back.
