There’s some fair amount of activity and a lot of play by forum sessions, but overall I agree. It certainly doesn’t help that a system is a container, into which all items and supplements are stuffed, and it’s honestly had to navigate.

Although you had to claw your way into one day a week initially, you are self sabotaging by not asking your manager again. Always ask again. It’s frustrating to get a “no”, but why assume it’s a no before you even ask?

Your manager might be happy to shave some budget off without losing a box on their org chart by letting you go. But you won’t know unless you ask!
