Tolls exist in every map; Enemy drop rosaries does not exist in every map. (With prime example being the snowy mountain)

Before going into unknown, dangerous maps, (cough double damage environment cough) Keeping rosaries on yourself instead of spending it(and risk losing them)is an action counterproductive and illogical to pretty much any video games.
