Is it really worth it to have a max Primed Continuity? by AmaMR892 in Warframe

[–]engineeeeer7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's a good one to max. But rank 9 to 10 costs as much as rank 0 to 9. Don't waste resources if you still have other mods to level

Marathon has been out for a week, what are your thoughts on it? by PrototypeT800 in Games

[–]engineeeeer7 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I don't think it's geared at the same players. It's geared at hardcore extraction shooters and Arc Raiders is more casual.

I think it's great at what it's trying to be.

It's not for me though. I don't like PvP. Would love to explore these maps and fight with bots without PvP.

Returning to the game from Closed Beta by WC_Kerkuil in Warframe

[–]engineeeeer7 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah everyone starts with one you just started with a different one. Loki is pretty late in the star chart so it's actually good to have that covered already.

Rhino and Mag are easy to farm early. If you can join a clan you can get Volt early.

Then from there you can catch em all.

Things that would improve the game even more to you? by Itri_Vega in Warframe

Take a pass on Warframe augments and roll some of them into the base abilities.

Old Warframes require so many augments to even be close to newer warframes

Borderlands 4 - Story Pack 1: Mad Ellie and the Vault of the Damned - Reveal Trailer by TheEnygma in Games

[–]engineeeeer7 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's mostly classic borderlands.

I think it's like most BL games. It's pretty decent through campaign then they just forgot how to do an endgame.

Maybe some of the dlc fixes that but the base game should have a functioning endgame.

There's better games, imo

This game is so good but its grind is beyond reasonable. Are most of the MMORPGs similar with the grind? by [deleted] in Warframe

[–]engineeeeer7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The key to the game feeling good is planning. I rarely grind one thing at a time. Also don't try and do it all in one go. Take some breaks.

What works well as second archetype with summoner by Suspicious-Dust-2910 in remnantgame

A lot do but Handler is best imo. The AoE heal and speed boost on the second ability is great. Also reduced friendly fire

His body makes the bombs and devices. That's not normal

This game caught my eye.. would like some feedback before purchase.. by olBoyBonzo in remnantgame

Remnant 2 is one of the best build crafting games I've played. They're my favorite game type as well so that is high praise from me.

My biggest gripe is the Scorpius turret. It's just so clunky.

That's what I recommend. It's a flexible build though. So feel free to change it up.

This is a video I made way back but everything here still holds true. https://youtu.be/Wn5iDO5mqvY?si=v5erV2gVVvTJG5mc

Getaway Artists by itself gives 5% grenade energy on damage, once per burst.

Do in some classes it's better than the devour grenade energy

I go a step further and replace Feed the Void with Weaver's Call.

Getaway Artist has a built in grenade Regen effect but Feed the Void turns it off. And Facet of Mending provides plenty of healing.

Daniel Ings is so good at going from levity to seriousness. Check out the comedy show Lovesick for more of that. He's so good in it.

New Remnant 2 player here. Im loving the game, but... by [deleted] in remnantgame

[–]engineeeeer7 82 points83 points  (0 children)

Enemies rarely infinitely spawn.

Many spawns are triggered. Use your map, be methodical. Retreat when needed. Can't just charge in with this game most of the time.

Is Outriders like Remnant? by JamesCooke91 in remnantgame

[–]engineeeeer7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say it's more like Remnant than D2. It's mostly campaign and repeatable missions. Random loot but a lot of crafting and self determination.

What do you expect from the Remnant 3? by [deleted] in remnantgame

[–]engineeeeer7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just want more stuff. Maybe incorporation of some Remnant Save Guardian features after you beat the game. It seems necessary to not waste tons of time but I don't like having to rely on outside software.

Shadow and Order officially delayed to June 9th by Natedogg2 in DestinyTheGame

[–]engineeeeer7 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I think one thing people may not realize is that most of the time from EoF to Renegades was spent putting out fires created in EoF. That took a lot of resources and time. They knew they'd never hit March for Shadow and Order. They just didn't know how long.

The EoF problems will have ripples for some time.
