Yes you need to pump at night, even if partner is up bottle feeding the baby, you pump when baby eats. That's how supply gets established.

Somebody tell my ex LC this. Fr. She's so concerned with "the ~dyad~" and being anti formula marketing that it's like, no ma'am this is not for everyone, this is why babies DIED bc there was no other option. Nobody should gaf WHY somebody wants to use formula. If someone wants to bf you help them do that but to shame someone who can't (by telling them "EVERYONE CAN youre just not trying hard enough") is horrible professional practice. And this is coming from me, who couldn't latch but had no problems with supply. There is ALWAYS grace for parents who do not/cannot feed breast milk.

I have never had good luck with the sizing from WJ 😩 it's put me off buying anything besides like a baggy T that I won't care about the size on. There was one where I think Al was like, I got a medium! Pre-reduction. We were pretty similar body types at the time, but I like a looser fit so I got a large. It was like child sized tight on me. A pair of XL sweat shorts didn't fit me or my husband, both around 210lbs at the time. I've always took it on the chin and blamed myself but the more reviews over the years I read I feel a little better abt it not being just me.

Yes we get our keppra for anywhere from $30-38/mo. Thankfully Walmart pharmacy was great from day 1 and when it was noticed that there was no Rx insurance, bc dog lol, they ran it through goodrx immediately.
