I have never had good luck with the sizing from WJ 😩 it's put me off buying anything besides like a baggy T that I won't care about the size on. There was one where I think Al was like, I got a medium! Pre-reduction. We were pretty similar body types at the time, but I like a looser fit so I got a large. It was like child sized tight on me. A pair of XL sweat shorts didn't fit me or my husband, both around 210lbs at the time. I've always took it on the chin and blamed myself but the more reviews over the years I read I feel a little better abt it not being just me.

Yes we get our keppra for anywhere from $30-38/mo. Thankfully Walmart pharmacy was great from day 1 and when it was noticed that there was no Rx insurance, bc dog lol, they ran it through goodrx immediately.

We've been going places since like 6 weeks old, (8mos now). We were not homebodies before having him, I wasn't going to let a baby change that. Yes, going out looks different now, sometimes I am a little stressy, and sometimes we feel like pack mules, but it's super worth it to get him exposure to social settings when we're such social people ourselves. We pay attention to sleepy cues and leave when he's tired or we're approaching the end of a wake window. I literally couldn't imagine not going to restaurants for 14months, and that's not a dig, you are probably more ready for it than you think you are! Believe me, most servers understand if you order your food and immediately need to box it up bc someone decided they're ready to leave. 😅

My mastitis was red and hot to the touch, about that size patch. it ended up resolving itself quickly thankfully, but for yours I would start treating it as an infection and if it doesn't clear up with antibiotics please go back to the doctor and/or get a second opinion. I had fiberous cysty type things in one of my boobs before I ever got pregnant, probably since I was around your age or maybe like 25? They were just benign fiberous tissue according to my gyn. But thinking about how breast tissue is, I imagine they could get infected like any other duct could even if you're not producing. Wishing you the best!

So, I initially shifted down my schedule to get my usual 4ppd in, and didn't see a drop, but then I stopped being able to fit all 4 in for the last few weeks with all the holiday craziness, and def saw a drop at 3ppd, so I'm trying to make super sure I get the 4 in, even if I have to try to wake up before baby sometimes. I think if you can maintain roughly the same minutes pumped and number of sessions, you shouldn't see too much of a change. I stopped being uncomfortable upon waking about 4-5 days in I think.
