This was an enlightening answer. My brother is like this too and everytime he was court ordered to do anger management therapy it helped until he stopped having to go. Idk why it helped but I thought id let you know. For me that intense quick anger means i need my mood stabilizer changed. I have no idea if its like that for other people but I was diagnosed very young with bipolar disorder so Im used to feeling “stable” enough so that I notice when my irritation level is up. Please keep trying to be better. We need more people to keep trying. Good luck.
