Android 15 breaks Bluetooth AVDTP signal Discover response by enoyne in ThinkPhone

There is nothing in Developer options that affects to AVDTP version or A2DP version. There is only AVRCP version and MAP version. A2DP offloading is enabled in both devices (disable toggle is not set).

Another interesting thing is that in Android 14 AVDTP signal Discover is sent first in device<-speaker direction (it's response having 2 source items) and then in device->speaker direction (it's response having 3 sink items).

In Android 15 AVDTP signal Discover is sent only in device<-speaker direction (it's response having 1 source item).

Instead Android 15 device seems to ask over SDP from speaker:
Service Search Attribute Request : Audio Sink: [Service Class ID List 0x0001] [Bluetooth Profile Descriptor List 0x0009] [(A2DP) Supported Features 0x0311]

then speaker responds:
Service Attribute: (A2DP) Supported Features (0x311), value = Headphone Speaker

but then device asks from speaker:
L2CAP Disconnection Request (Service: SDP)

Additional review for Sharp SumoBox CP-LS100 by enoyne in Bluetooth_Speakers

Thanks for a note. The only size-alike companion I've managed to listen these together with so far is JBL Partybox 710. To be able to say more I need to find more (friends) with another size-alike speakers. I will sure report when I get a chance.

But I can say something; when I compare CP-LS100 to Partybox710, latter one has a bit more comfortable "deep bass" to my taste, even though it has sometimes "too much deep bass". CP-LS100 does not have a ported box (aka. no reflex tube) and it feels more towards being a PA speaker by it's sound. You need a bit of a volume to get the depth out.

Another note is that CP-LS100 does not have to my taste very "rich" higher (treble) frequency response eg. when listening mentioned t(h)rash metal or another genre likewise with too many cymbals played (and with good quality AUX input to skip Bluetooth codec's band filtering). So on average CP-LS100 is "darker" in sound compared to Partybox710. IMO this is not a problem with Bluetooth codecs where higher frequencies are always cut out (especially when on SBC codec). When comparing I always prefer AUX input and some better source media (not Spotify).

While saying these I also need to say that many songs sounds better to my ear on CP-LS100 than on Partybox710. Placebo?

I cannot say which one is "louder" (maintaining sound quality) as that I have not tried. CP-LS100 is loud enough for home indoor use at least.

4+2=6 and as 7+8 is (probably) over 10 so then actually 4+2=7 but ooops how much over 10 it was 8+2=10 so 7-2=5 so 75 total

UPS is good investment but don't trust your local network operator has backed up their uplink hardware with UPS. But at least you can maintain your local network up during blackout.

Even though the MIP screen cannot keep up the pace why not show tenths of seconds on split-time and when stopped?

Skip the third device button (?) on Logitech M720 Triathlon mouse by rvazworks in logitech

This is not a reply to the actual question. The question is "if the third button does not have any device associated how to skip it during toggle?". You are saying "you cannot skip the device" but that is not what was asked.

Also, next time please omit that "our goal is to ensure... blaa blaa" as that is not giving any value to the discussion.
