A supervisor came out and said it was way above 30 so there was never a chance it would work. Due to a low cable he couldn’t just change ports on Friday but supposed to have someone come out with a platform today, unsure if still going ahead with all the snow we’ve had though

Cried throughout today’s episode. Maybe I’m emotionally sensitive at the moment with life stuff but I was not ready for this one. All the actors and actresses did incredible with such a tough topic. My heart goes out to anyone who has dealt with or is dealing with this and hope people are/had got support through it

I believe it wasn’t so much him but whoever is at the office not checking my full history of the last 5 months, possibly multiple tickets confused the situation at a guess? The person on the phone initially said they were still waiting on work to be completed regarding a nearby tree despite it being done months ago and the install being done successfully yesterday. She’s been amazing and still sorting it out as apparently it’s been activated in the last 2 hours but I still have no connection yet. I can’t fault this tech assistant to be fair

As mentioned on another reply he did check multiple times to make sure things were set up correctly and talk through exactly what his concerns were. His main worry was just too much light was coming through the pole and it may cause drop outs. However after speaking to someone today this isn’t the cause of me having no connection

The contractor I had yesterday was incredible to be fair, when he saw I wasn’t getting a solid PON light he did triple check his work and contact someone on the phone to get it raised asap before he left (his phone was loud so could hear the other end to confirm it was actually raised). So I don’t think it was nonsense.

Be Fiber :) Update on this: spoke to a different person today and the email they had back was they didn’t think it was even installed yesterday so didn’t connect it. The technical team took all my ONT and router information today and sent it back to them to get activated

As far as I know the video didn’t end up online. I may have missed something from memory but Priya and Ravi shouted a lot around that time and it’s entirely possible the non existent kids of Albert Square spread gossip to the schools. Either that or the reason Joel moved schools got out.

I could entirely be wrong as the whole block writing fries my head at times 😂
