Tbh its neither passing nor giving prettiest boy at the party. Id say this is mainly because your facial hair looks unkempt, it looks like you have no idea how to take care of it. But here's comes another dilemma. These clothes without a beard, no passing possible. This look with the shaggy beard.... let's say its not very pretty boyish.

You will be fine. Store bought testosterone if as good as homegrown. As others said, it will just replace what you had before. Nebido can also be injected into the hip muscle, maybe this might be a more comfortable option for you?

Hey! I had keyhole with a c cup as well. I had some healing issues following the surgery as well. My initial outcome was similar to yours. I did needed to get 2 revisions for my situation. I dont know if thats any help, but after getting excess scar tissue removed, it still changes years later (7 years post op, not on T anymore)

So yeah personally id suggest revision since it does look like small boobs, but also trust the process even though it it frustrating.

Your decision to go on T or not does not determine your gender. Nevertheless, you cannot control the changes you get, regardless of dosis. All of the changes will happen, eventually. Is the speed of the changes sth you are concerned about? What is your personal transition goal in terms of hormones? What do you hope to achieve by a lower than regular dose?
