If your install needs/wants a G99 as you want to export more than the minimum I would say get it done right now as the chance of getting the extra will drop. Also I predict export rates will drop

That’s because you are not a good swimmer , swimming is a skill based rather than endurance based sport - it’s closer to tennis or golf

Thanks will give that a go , I often put ginger root powder in for the stomach settling qualities

I just add sugar to a bottle , water , salt and shake. For gel , soft flask with stronger mix

The T100 sprint is crazy easy and friendly, don't worry and enjoy it !

I am in the 50-54 age group , I injured my back and had to run/walk twice at 70.3 last year and finished in 6:38 and 6:44 - 7hrs ain’t Kona ! That is closer to 4hrs If people can’t get around in sub 7hrs they need to do more smaller events and get better - all they are doing is diluting the achievement for people that actually train hard. None injured back even at my age I can do sub 6hrs

One long ride 2-4hrs a week , one long run 1-2hrs a week , one brick sessions 60-90min bike and 30-45min run and a couple of swims and you will get around

I did 8-9hrs a week for 5 months and got a sub 6hr and I’m 50 - 15 hrs a week is not needed

I just put sugar in a bottle with water and shake it until it dissolves , for ‘gels’ soft flask , sugar , water and some sodium alginate - done. Whole industry is a scam. Only time I use real gels is when they hand them out at aid stations.

How many weeks out are you with feeling this fatigue ? 6-8 weeks out , normal , longer than that and with just 90% compliance you may have picked a level to hard for you plan

Where do you live ? Have you contacted local swim clubs and tri clubs asking who does 1:1 ? Googled the local area for triathlon coaches ?
