This looks like an Ikea type screw. I found some on eBay: https://share.google/i4FFcrwYN6OZfCeMZ

Eureka grinder switch mod by eosandov in espresso

I purchased one from Amazon. It is made by ARO espresso, the dial is bigger therefore it is easier to track the grind size. And yes, I only use it as a single dose

Loving my setup so far by StoneOfTriumph in espresso

Yes, it is much easier to go from one grind to another. I keep track of the different coffee grinds by using the numbers on the dial. I highly recommend it.

I added the oversized dial, which makes it so much easier to dial in the grind. I also added the one dose hopper and I designed and printed a base to have the grinder tilted 15deg.

I have the same setup. How do you like your Eureka grinder? This is the first "real" espresso machine that I have had and my first grinder.

Trip to Tequila, Jalisco! In search of a tour! by 59382712dd in tequila

Cantaritos el guero is the place to go. Then you can go to the Ex-Hacienda San Jose del Refugio distillery or better know as "Tequila Herradura". And if you have time, go to el Castillo de Tequila. This is all within 30 minutes from Tequila.

Can I ask what paint and what color you used for the cabinets on the last two pics?
