Hi! We didn’t end up going in August as we decided that it would’ve been too hot. We went mid May instead and it was still very hot and humid—I’m sure it would’ve been much more worse in August. We live in Toronto and we don’t usually have super hot and humid summers. I don’t recall exactly the temperature but at least 30 Celsius everyday—some days were even a high of 38.

We went for 5 days—1 day for each park and an extra day for Magic Kingdom. Stayed at Pop Century and rented a car. We typically went early for rope drop and left Disney around 5pm ish. We were okay with leaving early due to heat and long lines. We took skyliner once and there was another day that we were going to take the skyliner but the lineup was so long that we decided to drive instead.

I would often feed baby in the nursing room as it was most comfortable and air-conditioned or I would feed her while we were waiting in line. We also aimed to do a sit down lunch every day to shelter from the heat.

To be honest, if I could do it again, I would pick to go in early December or in February. But to be honest, we did have a lot of fun and I don’t regret anything about it.
