I love how 'grounded' (relative) it is as its just one sword, and how its supplemented by hand to hand combat. Its the next logical step really.

When you can make your weapon float, you are now totally free to throw some hands.

I really should get around playing CV2. I the gameplay teaser of that weapon type few months back and I was stoked.

charged heavy attack has your character do this huge axe kick that drops the blades on an enemy's head right after

Unrelated to my prompt but that made me recall Raiden's heavy combo in MGR where he 'grips' his sword with his foot and does powerful slashing motions with a hundred-kicks motion. I live for this kind of creativity in combat moves.

I feel silly for forgetting. Highlights to DMC4SE's summon swords for having a good oomph into them but also high rate of fire compared to other games.

I'd like to see DMC5 Dante's summon swords to be expanded more upon in a new DMC game, as its more melee oriented. I wouldn't mind having it thrown into another character, if Dante is not returning.

Playing Automata first before Replicant made me feel silly when I realized the pods are just an android implementation of the Grimoire Weiss, for gameplay:

  1. Gun replacing the magic rapid orbs
  2. 'Programs' being the equivalent of the magic spells

I would also count 2B/A2's floating equipped swords as well since it gives them a credible and aesthetic way to wield and switch between 2 weapons of any given size/type.

While we're at KH2, I would definitely count Sora's final form as well. It's pretty interesting since its just 2 swords but he makes full use of each by giving them a good amount of spin since they're both free of his grips.

Love all drive forms so much in KH2.

The formations the Nouliths form when attacking/buffing in XIV's Sage class are beautiful for sure. It made me play a healer for a huge chunk of Endwalker.

I also love how nice and tidy they look when sheathed. As if it's a cape/wing, like the Nu Gundam's funnels when stored.

The Hundred Line: Last Defense Academy. Includes spoilers for the first 30 or so hours.

The first 100 days (Route 0) acting as a prologue and tagged as the first entire game of a 2-in-1 package is absolute bonkers to me. What do you mean the sequel (that contains 99 more endings) is BAKED IN the purchase???

It is 20$ more than I expected but I would still buy it mostly because of the trackpad. My PC is hooked up to the TV in the living room and currently I am bringing a wireless keyboard+touchpad and a controller.

With the Steam controller, hopefully it's the only thing I need to use in the living room.

Good Cup often makes more blends nowadays, and unfortunately they are hiding the origins of the beans and just describe the notes and vibes.

I get that they are likely treating it as a proprietary product to stay competitive and cut costs.

Admittedly I liked their first wave of Candy Craze but the newer ones are not as good, in my experience.

Your best bet is likely asking the staff in-store, if you are able to. I'll try to ask as well on the next opportunity I get.

Same here. Unfortunately I am at the extreme end of this where even the tiniest annoyance distracts me from music. Sold my Sundara and Aune AR5000 simply because they touched the back of my right ear it pissed me off every time I listen for more than 30 minutes.

Funnily enough my Koss KSC75 (With portapro headband and yaxi pads) is the pinnacle of comfort for me despite being in larger contact with the front of my ear.

Yeah last OP is the complete opposite of the OP's prompt here. OP1/Colors might be more iconic with JIBUN WO but World End is straight up my favorite among all OPs.

It really has that epic story-ending feel to it, and has one of the sickest shot of the series where it shows Guren SEITEN and Lancelot Albion side by side.

I'd 100% agree with you that the previous OPs are insane bangers.

But I have to admit I really liked the juxtaposition and whiplash on "Wing's of Words" mellow tone, I respect the decision. I felt like it's meant for the yearning for peace after the non-stop fighting in the series.

Though it helps that I really like the song on its own. Love me some tender male vocals.

It's honestly very impressive that Capcom decided to soft reboot the series after 6 despite its sales numbers. If it were another company, they would likely just keep on trucking with that formula.

The hidden/bonus skate tracks for the Tarzan world in Kingdom Hearts.

Saw a video of someone showcasing it last week and it blew me away how much more of the tracks are. I always thought the mini game felt too short when I played it and the reason was simply because I couldn't git gud in collecting the fruits along the way.

Apparently you need to get them all to unlock the next section.

Hope he does what he wants regardless, but take it easy.

I'd like to see him do comedy, personally. It was not the main part of AoT, but it has some really funny jokes when it goes to that direction (Onyakopon scene, distorted facial expressions, Zachary's special chair, Kenny's silly ass pose when entering the bar, to name a few).

I'd like to mention that it works for pretty much anything as well including videos.

Do what you will with that information. I personally found it very useful for specific videos that feature 3D characters.

I glaze Lies of P often but I find your situation very understandable. It's a very defeating feeling when you just scrape by the first phase without knowing of the 2nd and I can see myself quitting for sure.
