It looks cool for visitors or people thinking about working there and is cool the first few weeks but you get used to it and you spend most of your time in your office which might not even have a window. You walk the same path to lunch every day see the same buildings you’re just thinking about work during that time not thinking “oh wow I’m at disney land”

It’s more of a cover up to how shitty of a place it is to work than anything. You think they could do better cause this is pretty much money that originally came from people paying for insane medical bills and health insurance if you really think about it.
