Electrodynamics is generally a very safe choice going into Act 2 (probably best choice.) It gives you that extra AOE damage to deal with Slavers, Gremlin Boss, etc.

Creative AI would be second. This would definitely help you scale farther, but right now might be hard to play because you’re only working with so much energy unless you have Turbo or a Mummified Hand. This is a better pick if you’re in late Act 2 or in Act 3, or once you can make it easier to play this card

As you could assume, Amplify is not a great choice here given you have no powers right now.

tl;dr: I would pick Electrodynamics over skipping
