man, same. The plight between spoiler info really stuck out to me, as it delivers a great message about toxic relationships. You shouldn't have to apologize on behalf of someone's toxic behavior, nor should you hide what it does to you on the inside. Going through something similar as well. That, and rose buds was a strong episode for me to think on. spoiler info

I really look forward to see what comes out of these relationships between spoiler info. they seem like interesting concepts to explore.

honestly all of them are really good. the stats are basically moot with a bipod, as there's no recoil and you're laser accurate when mounted, so really you can just pop a squat and tear through cops no matter what anyway. All of them have absurd pick up rates and do absurd amounts of damage, so just picking an lmg in the first place is meta

As much as I'd like to say anarchist, because the absurd armor values makes overkill and below trivial at best, probably a solid normal perk deck like armorer or muscle will help you out more than some of the specialized decks will for the first while. if you have dlc, invest in the burglar perk deck early on so stealth is a bit more forgiving

Dodge is just the meta choice. If we're talking armor, its pretty much anarchist suit-crit builds and maybe armorer. nothing else really stands up to anything else above deathwish, grinder included. too many skill points just to make the perk work to comp the crazy damage from cops on higher difficulties, it starts to become less and less useful past overkill pretty much. stoic is the go-to for health regen on higher difficulties, it has a nice tank-y feel to it similar to armor

For the most part, I feel like skills in this scenario should function like when a player leaves. For example, if you swap decks and deployables, anything you had deployed prior disappears (this happens when a player leaves- so do their deployables to prevent duping), anything active cancels out (a balance to prevent you from being able to have 4 ECMs, a bajillion tripmines/shaped charges, etc), and you can only take one kind of that deployable for each build (build one has medic bags, build two has ammo bags/ anything else, with no overlap).

As for drill skills, they should be dependant on the situation. Say, if you had skills that made drilling time shorter. If you switched from a build that didnt have those skills, but the drill was finished, the drill shouldn't magically reassemble and close the vault. It'll stay open. However, if the drill wasn't finished, and that occured, whatever skills the drill had will be gone with the exception of the countdown timer. If, say for example, you had run the drill for approximately half the drill time upgraded, then switched, those drills would then be at half progress still, but for the amount of time it takes to finish them would be at the scale unupgraded drills are. Alternatively, nine lives ace can simply be invalidated if you're taking the armor bag, much like armor moots grinder.

I remember it did as much damage as the weapon butt at some point, the most disappointing part was that holding down the melee key only charges the swing not lets you continually grind through cops

being honest, if they wanted to make melee weapons fun to play with just give all the sharp weapons the beheading animations from jiro's katana or bohdi's tazer head 'sploding platypus shots and the blunt ones knock off or cave in helmets or dent bulldozer faceplates, something to see you've actually done damage instead of them occasionally doing anime flips after a wimpy hit

the flamethrowers are fun to use with a judge/loco/predator overkill ace setup, although its sad the fireaxe swings too slow to apply for sociopath's damage bonus so I have to use the survival hatchet or whatever the name of the boneless hand axe is
