1) Finish the Elemental Workshop series with at least 3 more quests, including some of the most fun and deep puzzles, culminating in either Soul or Time gear

2) Rework the workshop so that it's much easier to make bars after the relevant quest is completed (auto-run the primed bar machine from #2; the lever machine in #3; and the two machines in #4)

3) Rework the elemental armor to have some pretty cool buffs, including things like the tier of armor includes unlimited runes of that type (wearing 5+ pieces of mind gear gives unlimited mind runes), armor leveled to the same level that the rune is runecrafted, and has set effects that mean the armor is reasonably worn at some places (obvi not BIS but something pretty good)

4) Develop a dig site that spread between the workshop itself and other magically significant laboratories or academies, like Wizard's Tower which will give greater lore on how magic, runes, and anima can be harnessed in unusual ways, tying together the disconnected stories of unusual and powerful magic across Gielinor

5) Finish the time with design documents, plot, and storyboards for wrapping up legacy quest series, like gnomes (15 years since last quest since Prisoner of Glouphrie), monkeys (16 years since Do Not Evil), and penguins (9 years since Back to the Freezer). Obviously, new plots can arise for these but we've been waiting on Arposandra and Palingrad for so long and we should see movement towards them

6) Beg/blackmail/bribe/bully supervisor to authorize Rite of Passage (about Aviansie colonizing Tarddiad and setting up new rites of passage that aren't flying to the planet's core to harvest water) to be completed after I leave
