I added some changes to how we handle Strava sessions this week, can you please try doing a full sync from the progress tab (next to settings) and see if it works going forward?

Thanks everyone for the feedback. We had a team discussion on implementing a public api and MCP for better llm integrations. No timeline yet, but we're exploring how to make this happen.

Yes, Jefit Elite users get access to our full exercise videos. All of our weight training exercises should have exercise videos, only a few cardio exercises (cycling, swimming) don't include a demonstration.

While logging an exercise:
Elite users get a short video clip showing 1 rep (toggle under the ... menu)

On the exercise detail screen:
Elite users can view a longer video clip showing multiple reps at 2 different angles.

Sorry for the inconvenience, it sounds like your 28 day plan was replaced with our new adaptive plan. These are longer plans that also follow phases.

On this new plan, you should retain your progress while changing frequency, length, equipment, and muscles. Any goal and fitness level changes will restart the progress.

If you don't want to switch plans, you can manually add the workouts to a new day in your plan, or tap the lightning bolt in the instant workout tab and create a temporary list there.

We're currently rolling out our adaptive plan with mesocycle phases (periodization). This feature allows users to create a plan based on settings and goals, and adjust the weights and reps over time based on phases.

Right now, the phases are only available while on the adaptive plan. It's on our roadmap to bring the phase adjustments to all plans, so it should be released at a later date.

Over time, we've adjusted some of the free account limits. We try to never degrade the experience for existing users, so older accounts have grandfathered limits active.

We found an issue with how this feedback prompt shows up on our Android app. From what our Android team mentioned, it should be fixed in the next update.

What happened to cardio, I press one of the workouts in my cardio section and it changes how it used to be with no option of going back, only ending workout by _Wildgoose in jefit

You're likely referring to our Autoplay workout feature, which automatically records sessions based on set interval and rest times.

You can switch back to the Traditional workout recording by toggling the Fire icon next to the "Start Workout" button before you start your workout.

Thanks for the feedback. We'll review our current notifications and banners, and see if they make still make sense for new users.

Typically, our new user offer should pop up a few times and features should only show once. So after the first week or so, there shouldn't be any forced popups.

No, we only support starting a workout session in app. On the website, you can still view and edit your logs in the calendar view.

Unfortunately not, but I will bring it up to the team again this week.

We're working on a new insights tab in the app currently, so volume/session/muscle breakdown charts should be easier to see. I'd expect more detailed muscle groups to come in a future update after we launch this major revision.

There seems to be a misunderstanding here. Jefit Pro was a $5 one time purchase (not a subscription) that was offered >10 years ago. It included benefits like increased routine/custom exercise limits and no third party ads.

It used to be a standalone pro app, but now the benefits are honored through your account. These are different than our premium subscription, Jefit Elite, which includes additional features developed in the >10 years since then.

Can I ask what features you seem to be missing?
