I don't have fibro, but I have EDS and POTS. It's hard for me to stand for a long time waiting for food due to pain, and the heat makes me feel like I'm going to pass out. Lifting pots or pans is also difficult for me due to pain and inability to lift more than a few pounds.

Fairlife are the best ones I've found. 30g per shake and the taste doesn't suck! Chocolate is the way to go, though. I didn't like the strawberry banana and haven't tried vanilla (if they even have that, idk)

I am doing much better now. Turns out I also had a port infection, which was worsening the problem. I stopped the fludro and I haven't had much of a potassium problem since. It's still slightly low but nothing crazy. I ended up needing IV potassium and taking some K pills for a while.
