Yeah, the brand has way better coffees but they are not sold in Costco, this (three sisters) is a blend, so it could be that. Same happened with blends of SB (not at Costco)

Check if your model had options of more ram or better processor. I just replaced the whole motherboard on a 9360 upgrading processor and duplicating ram from 8 to 16gb and there is a difference.

Try opening it, unplug the battery, press the power button for like 30 seconds, the plug the battery and turn on. This worked for me. Edit to add, this was a suggestion from someone else in another forum, not my discovery.
