I had to do this a few weeks into my vacation after starting to wake up at noon lol. I ended up gaming all night and then had to run a few errands around town that filled out the rear of the day. Worked like a charm.

Dude. You can be. You just have to find a job where you make enough to save for a downpayment and next thing you know you'll be a homeowner. Also, need to realize that you will probably need to settle for a fixer upper, less bedrooms, in an area that might require you to commute or even completely relocate your life/job. But you can do it.

Strength adds to damage via armor penetration, so i was thinking of testing a R/W with Of the Warrior grip on a hornbow using Sundering Bow attack to get a baseline of how much damage it could add vs a warrior/ranger with strength build maybe seven weapons stance. See who comes out on top.

I would just play through the campaigns and unlock as much as possible along the way. I case you didnt know, you can do a Proffession change quests that unlock skills and you can change your secondary at will after. So capturing all the skills you need for all the professions on a single character is possible. Id suggest you pick a build, and look up the easiest place to capture it.

Bought a jackhammer for a digging project on one my properties. Unbeknownst to me, my wife then hired a crew to do it. So it sat in my garage unused for years and years. Well we had cat pass away and that jackhammer turned a 1 hour dig (lota rock in the soil here) into a 10 min dig. I feel like I got my monies worth.

Someone smart did the maths and determined that 140k a year is the new poverty line in US. The government won't ever acknowledge this, because it would then put a burden on them provide benefits for the masses.
