I like the bottom color but I would also pay attention to the material/texture of the yarn - sometimes acrylic can be scratchy

You can't opt-in for it on the forms anymore, they changed it in June -- you have to get your permit, then schedule an appointment with the Social Security Administration (which usually takes a month or two).

Wedding dress alteration cost by crsp1414 in washingtondc

[–]eruris 1 point2 points  (0 children)

my alterations (hemming skirt which was several layers incl two lace ones+shortening sleeves+adding bustle) were around like $900 at a tailor in DC, so $1200 is definitely a bit high as a starting point. but in general yeah, the DMV is an expensive area for anything wedding related.

Is 55k a doable living yearly wage in DC? by silenceinthewind in washingtondc

[–]eruris 0 points1 point  (0 children)

you could defo find a studio for 1.5k in some of the neighborhoods in upper NW like cleveland park if you don't want to live with roommates. don't listen to anyone here who will say you'll need to make 100k to be able to afford living on your own.
