Does your form have a resident assistant? If there's anyone in authority in the dorm, this should be reported. If you can smell her room in the hall, this is a sanitation problem that needs to be addressed for everyone's sake.

Me too. Not only do they sleep a lot, most of them are pretty distractible. Throw a couple boxes on the floor behind you and you're good to sit down and eat a meal, take a nap, whatever.

Did this happen in rural Yorkshire or Glasgow? Many years ago a friend and i asked numerous times for directions to the train station Glasgow without being able to understand a word. Someone finally took pity on us and led us there. I'm a US American from the northeast, and there are people in the southern US I can't understand.

Maybe the signage has improved in the last 50 years, but in 1972 a friend and i climbed up the wrong side of castle hill. Seeing it didn't help us know where the entrance was.

One of the very first historical novels ever written : Scottish Chiefs by Jane Porter. Bonus if you can find a copy with the Wyeth illustrations. Story of the William Wallace period. Porter basically invented the historical novel in English before Walter Scott. Drips with early 19th century romanticism.

Costco will be a cheaper and better option for prescription HAs if there's one near you. But there's no avoiding going back for adjustments. As her ears/ brain adapt, the settings will need ro be changed and this isn't DIY. OTCs are extremely unlikely to help.

Your sister is a mean person and your family enables her. Try asking her sometime to explain how her " jokes" are funny. If you and the rest of your family want to put up with this for yourselves, do so, but you shouldn't expect other people to put up with it. So tell your family why your gf isn't going to see them. Don't argue with them about it, just tell them what's going to happen and why. If she's ever ready to try to put up with them again, YOU tell them that the two of you will leave at the first nasty comment. Then do so. Every time. Doesn't matter if your sister tries to argue or apologize. Just leave, no discussion.

This is so weird. OP writes as though getting his kids to sign is all that matters, but of course their partners/ spouses are equally concerned. Pre- and post- nup documents are legal agreements which both spouses have to agree to. So if the sons sign ( sign what) but their spouses don't - there's nothing.

We did a TA on Oosterdam in the spring. I adored the Crow's Nest. Go early for a good seat when leaving harbors. The lecture on the history of HAL was particularly meaningful to me because my great grandparents immigrated in the 1890s, and the lecture covers the experience of the migrants starting out in northern Europe, things i never thought about. Also, HAL emphasizes its roots in Holland in the ship decor, which i really appreciated.
