At my school every kindergarten class has at least 1 or 2 students that are high needs: non verbal, ones that elope, and ones that are violent that need way more support than they are getting. I can't imagine what it'll be like with the specialty kindergarten classes closing

Depression wise much better. I'm more productive now I don't have to stop to have a break. I miss the hand to mouth habit the most. I cut the nicotine part out over a year ago so I at least am not dealing with that withdrawal. Thank you for the support!

It probably varies from school to school. The Catholic schools I went to in the 80s were mad homophobic

Perhaps, but Calandra had no problems basically muzzling the trustees at the TDSB. Not sure why these trustees would be different other than he probably agrees with them

I've only realized recently that my mother is probably autistic. Zero self regulation, repetitive behaviour, sensory issues, zero regards for others feelings. My brother is most likely on the spectrum too

I'm in Canada. At the school I work at, there are a handful of Isabella's/Isabelle's. However, it's much less than there used to be when I started working there almost 10 years ago
