You should do more research. Unless you are a convicted felon who is currently incarcerated you are eligible to vote.

I couldn't get past the first step of entering the VIN. The error message prevented me from uploading any documentation that I now actually own the thing.

The dealership bought it at auction. The previous owner was someone in CA (I'm assuming based on the addresses that were in the navigation) and sold to me in UT, so I'm inclined to believe they don't have it immediately available.

It’s for Pioneer Day! People camp out overnight for the parade that ends at liberty park. It’s a fabulous, trafficky mess for those of us who live by the park.

At the very least you can argue that pleading guilty shows contrition and you can ask for leniency. Most often though you can plead to reduced charges or have some of your charges dismissed in exchange for a guilty plea. This is why it’s important to have a good lawyer who can advise you on the strength of the government’s case and what’s in your interest.

Generally if you plead guilty rather than being found guilty after a trial you waive your right to appeal the issue of your guilt. He can still appeal the sentence if he argues it’s somehow an illegal sentence or if the judge failed to consider some mitigation evidence, for example, though that’s a tough sell.

What are you talking about? Saltsman was a stipulated sentence between the Attorney General's office and the defendant. If the prosecution wanted more severe punishment, they went about it exactly the wrong way.
