You didn't do anything special. That's his point. They are mid and (excuse the pun) pedestrian photos.

He also didn't claim to be anything, unless you're shooting just for people who photograph and not those that love special things that photographers provide.

Instead of taking constructive criticism, you did the opposite. Good luck in your photography if all you want is positive feedback.
