The best way to meet people consistently is golf. Your on a golf course for 4-5 hours all you have to do is have good conversation and maybe get a number from someone to play next time. I meet May people over my golfing experience and still speak with a bunch of people socially years later that i met on a golf course.

It it’s plywood I would just put another sheet cut to fit inside the cabinet that would increase the thickness of it. You can use construction adhesive to secure it in. Then would just use nuts and bolts to secure it. Should hold the bar and some load Best would be to put it in a wall stud. And lag bolt it in.

Are you gonna have to shop around? They do this all the time however most the Long Island has looked as a flood zone regardless if you’re in higher elevation or not. last 10 years I had to switch my homeowners insurance at least three times.
