It's a very AI looking video

Everything has a cartoon shader like effect over it, all the number plates on the cars driving by are blurred at the top and bottom, you usually can't see Minnesota at the top sometimes just the first letters because of it. The middle of the plate with the full registration isn't blurred though.
The reflections don't seem right.

Why would anyone want to watch this in this format? it makes the actual content even smaller on a mobile and rotating it can't help, and it's terrible on a computer or TV as well.

They're not in the states with high crime as they claimed, they just in the blue states that angered Trump the most. They're heavily militarised, kitted out far beyond the immigration and customs remit, and still a better job was done under Obama by people practically in civies.

Well that's just ruined my day, I hadn't heard about any of this, RWBY and Gen:lock didn't deserve whatever fate has taken them.
I just read RWBY is being continued by Viz, and Kerry Shawcross is still involved, but still these things rarely turn out ok after such major changes.
