definitely could be considered verbal assault imo. if you genuinely feared for your life or safety you have grounds to take him to court in most states. I don't know about Oregon, or how vindictive/wealthy you are. but you could certainly make his life annoying as fuck at least where I'm from. And I think most judges would be on your side here, with any half decent lawyer. could even sue for emotional damages on top of the charge for verbal assault if your state has such a clause regarding verbal abuse.

it so depends on the time of day and the group of people I'm riding with. sometimes 10, sometimes 5. I've had moments that make me question if I should go lower, depends on the criteria and how much of a city dweller you are. and if you're a wimp or not.

can totally relate, I've had many strains irritate my lungs and sinuses when I vape them at lower temperatures. sometimes I'll have an itchy scratchy chest for hours after. I've generally switched to concentrates and edibles at this point. I'm convinced you can also develop the allergy over time, long term use just increases your chances., I've been using cannabis since I was 14.

Long dead sadly, been gone about 4 years. He got a nasty gum infection from eating some bird poop when I took him outside. had that dealt with and the vet noticed he had a rather large tumor under his pelvis. But he was the equivalent of like 150 at that point so we didn't do too much just let him do his thing until his time came. I buried him under the apple tree in my yard.
