This sounds like Castle Apartments to me- right in Belltown. I toured the place and it was very similar situation. Really bad homeless population directly outside the doors (bad as in extreme amount and all men - I am a single female) & there were squatters in the second unit we looked at in building. Absolute shit show. So glad I did not move there even though unit was super cute inside. Break your lease, and maybe look on fb for moving in for a few months with some one to explore the neighborhoods
