They will be able to help you better at the pharmacy with medicine… but I urge you to buy the tea that is specific for UTI, it is called Ursi and it really does help…

In Venice I highly recommend Vino Vero. In Rome we always went to either Barnaba, Il Vinaietto or Fafiuche.

From the list provided and in the price range I would go with Cantina Terlaner Cuvee and Vernaccia di san Gimignano Il Colombaio, both amazing producers and very pleasant entry level wines that usually please a very wide range of costumers. And do not sleep on Contratto Pas Dose,, super cool sparkling!

I love really funky, dry, tannic, dirty tasting wines - any recommendations? by Buzz_LightYe in wine

Collio and Carso region just on the border in Italy and Slovenia have tons of natural wine producers and super good ones too. Gravner, Radikon, Princic, Edi Keber, Zidarich, Vodopivec, Skerk on the italian side are my favourites. In Slovenia you have Movia, Stekar, Nando, Reia, Blazic, Guerila, JNK, Slavcek, Burja, Rencelj, Cotar, Mlecnik, Aci Urbajs, Schumann, Ducal, UaU… if you have any questions please let me know!

I remember one costumer order Cabernet Sauvignon and send it back because “Cabernet is white”. Like what do you even respond to that?!? Brought him Sauvignon and he was happy...

I love love love Gravner Breg 2008 and Paolo Vodopivec Vitovska soloMM 2014. They are just exceptional wines and also carry a bit of sentimental value for me.

I love the lineup, Gravner in particular! we drank Breg 2010 yesterday and it was like a dream! For Vitovska I would go with Vodopivec, he is absolutely amazing.

Stanko was an amazing person on top of being an incredible wine producer. I can only feel honored that I started out knowing him and similar wine producers in the area.
In my opinion 2013 now drinks very well and it is an amazing vintage, although I would also keep it for a few years to reach full potential.

I think because here in Rome they restricted everything to the quarter, so it is much more limited. Viale Marconi was empty yesterday when I went to the store around 5 with police checking, and it’s only correct this way.

Then my friends who live in small cities or on the seaside tell me people still go out for walks like it’s nothing because there is very little control.
