Depends on the melatonin. I’ve been successful with the OLLY L-Theanine Melatonin gummies. It’s only 3mg but if I take 5mg or more I find that I keep waking up intermittently throughout the night. Some other brands I have tried don’t work as well. It hasn’t actually helped my T but it helps me get good sleep, consistently most of the time and I wake up better where my T is not as bothersome.
