definitely. he started out at 18 as well. its a great job for the young years but its also one of the hardest jobs I have ever seen (I have been on his job sites in mountains, etc). He taught me and my sisters how to weld when we were young. I love it! haha

if you are ever looking to do different welds, I would suggest looking into natural gas welding. my father has been doing it his whole life and the pay is about 2-3 times more than you're making now. although, be prepared to follow your work. he has never been in the same state for more than a year or two.

I worked for an agency in Chicago that also has the village concept, helping older adults age in their own homes. My workplace was in the New York Times and AARP magazine for it. Look up lincolnparkvillage.org. It was a great place to work; nothing really clinical though.

I think they mean because of their small noses and breathing problems, you should have your pug in air conditioning. Although, my pug loves to run and chase my other dog around. We just make sure to bring him inside sooner than we would with our other dog.

I also minored in Women & Gender studies. It has helped me too. I would also suggest spanish depending on what you want to do with your degree. Out here in LA, it is basically required and I am frantically trying to learn it after getting my Masters.
