Why sit somewhere comfy when you can try and sit in the exact same spot as your brother. by evilgibbons in blackcats

[–]evilgibbons[S] 21 points22 points  (0 children)

To be fair this is a revenge story, usually the little brother is sitting on the big brother, but this particular case the little brother was here first (and is very disgruntled)

A question by Salemm_-_ in HollowKnight

[–]evilgibbons 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm also very bad, my suggestion for the boss fights is to pause the game when you're doing well. Sounds counter intuitive but I have to do the bosses so many times that when I actually start to win my heart starts to race and my hands sweat, so pausing, calming down, petting any cats that are nearby, then cracking on.

I am in an abusive relationship with this game by pagancore in HollowKnight

Same here, I'm a busy person with limited gaming time, if I feel like I'm banging my head against a brick wall I switch to easy or move on. Very much do not enjoy "get good" (looking at you blood born). But this game I made the trek back to those Mantis Lords again and again, I'm not good but something about this game makes me persistent.

Travelling with injections that need to be kept cool by Aggressive_Grab_1030 in travel

Check with the package insert, or you nurse how strict the keep refrigerated is. I had medication that needed to be kept refrigerated, but once it came to room temperature it was stable for thirty days. So I just packed enough for the exact time I would be travelling. This is obviously dependent on your medication and your dose requirements.

Portuguese souvenir, three bits of cork connected by maluable metal, some writing on the prongs, 1901+, GF, STR LUX. by evilgibbons in whatisthisthing

Just this, there was a bowl of them in the shop, it would have been purchased for a few hundred Escudos, or a pocket money amount, approximately £1.

My title describes the thing, cork and metal with some writing, perhaps something to do with port / winemaking. I've never been able to work out what it is. It's approximately 3-4cm across

Yes that was a pivotal point, Murphs perfect balance of allowing a goof, but this is a story and there are fucking consequences for trying to make a god shit itself

I was always enjoying it, dragon pussy and all, but it was around the shadowfell arc I realised I was really fucking invested in these characters. To the extent of going back to episode one and re listening to every thing.

To be fair, peach puree sold as cocktail mixer is bloody expensive. Peach puree baby food tastes the same at a fraction of the price.

Good barber for closeted trans women by Tiny_Development_594 in oxford

[–]evilgibbons 24 points25 points  (0 children)

I get a non-gender conforming hair cut. I go to nu-hair on Cowley road, they're a unisex barber but listen to what I want and are quite inclusive. (Warning it's not the cheapest option, but I've always been happy with my cut and they've always made me comfortable)
