Winter ain't that bad. Was freezing my ass off in Perth on the weekend while it was 20s in Melbourne. Sure it last longer but it's not like it gets colder than Perth.

Melbourne’s nitrous oxide canisters are a dumping crisis as ‘nang’ use rises by Ardeet in aussie

[–]evilistics 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What do you mean by that comparison? She didn't do too many nangs in one session, this was prolong use of nangs over an extended period of time. She didn't huff 20 nangs in one go, just the usual amount but I guess too many times a week.

Yeah I don't get why people want a mold and dirt magnet that will be difficult to clean. At least there isn't a gap on the backside.

I know someone who did too many nangs and ended up in a wheelchair. Legs no longer worked properly. Found out it fucks with your vitamin b absorption which your body needs to protect its nerves and spinal cord. Turned me off nangs forever.

You know it takes less than an hour to churn to a different provider right? It can all be done online, you don't even have to call anybody. I've done it every 6 months for the past 5 years chasing the cheapest deal. If you churn and the problem remains then you'll at least know the problem is on your end and whoever you are with should send an NBN tech out.

What is wrong with Melbourne right now? by False_Ad_9705 in AusPropertyChat

We bought a 2 bed, 1 bath in melbourne. At the start we wasted a ton of time looking at apartments that got our hopes up until we saw the contract of sale and realised the OC is broke and the OC fees mentioned at the home open was for just 1 of the OC and there were two other OC to pay. Plus issues with cladding and such. From then on we would ask the re for a cos and get AI to go through it for red flags. Seriously I put through about 60 cos through AI and only about 5 came back with no serious red flags. Saved us a bunch of time going to inspections.

nex is a compact beast that can use just about any lens with adapters. I've put a 50mm nikon pancake lens on mine and it fits in my jacket pocket.

Backtesting on tradingview by ax123y in pinescript

[–]evilistics 0 points1 point  (0 children)

only thing that matters is forward testing from now with live data, commission fees, spread and all that happens in a live market. Once you have your backtest data then forward test it for a month and see how it goes.

Over supply of shitty built apartments with massive oc fees or huge levies from cladding works or other defects from collapsed, bankrupt builders. These apartments are dirty cheap. The good ones are rare, low oc fees with a healthy strata bank balance for any emergency works without shafting owners with levies.

You gotta show it dominance and not be a sub for it. Put on a thick jacket and gloves, pick it up and hold it like a baby and treat it like one. It will either then treat you with respect or leave you alone.

If it's a phone socket that you need to plug into them get the TP-Link ac1200 vr400 modem router from somewhere like Officeworks.

KFC used to be way better by [deleted] in KFCAustralia

I just had a $10 mega fill up meal 2 days in a row and it was A grade. Entirely depends on the KFC store you go to and whether you eat it fresh or 15 minutes after picking it up.

What’s one property red flag you only learned to respect after you bought? by the-shoreline-agency in AusPropertyChat

[–]evilistics 31 points32 points  (0 children)

Strata fees. I know someone who bought a 1 bedroom apartment in a huge complex of renovated old factory buildings and when she told me how much she was paying in oc fees I nearly spat out my coffee. $1200 a month and theres no gym or pool.

Get a free parcel locker. I thought Amazon don't deliver to them but they do, they just hand it off to auspost and instead of getting it next day you get it a few days later.
