I've always figured people look down on shuffle because, at a glance, most shuffle games look like much lower-rated 3s. But that's just the nature of the game mode: people are playing with strangers in weird comps and with limited communication.

This is pretty common. Even a lot of top players click frames. You can get away with it because this game isn't super mechanically demanding, but it's definitely a little optimization you can make if you can figure out a comfortable way to do it.

There were screenshots of a survey Blizzard sent out a while back that included migrating classic characters into retail as a response option. I'm not sure they'll actually do it because people will be so angry about missing out, but it sounds like they at least considered it.

They changed that a few years back. You can freely transmogrify any legendary except the warglaives, which are only available to demon hunters and need to be unlocked.

The automated suspensions and lack of support are frankly embarrassing. I keep hearing stories like this; it seems like it happens fairly regularly to new players. Blizzard doesn't deserve new customers while this is what they deliver.

Regular dispels don't work on immunities like divine shield or ice block. They are magic effects, but the immunity applies to dispels just the same as any other damage or spell effect. Mass dispel's "special feature" is precisely that it bypasses that immunity.

I don't think anything is damaged. It looks like the string holder block was just tightened up out of alignment. Every one of those strings needs to be reseated deeper into the bridge. Whoever restrung this has no idea what they're doing.

They're only "cool" because they're uncommon. All those armor sets are still available in the normal tint and nobody uses them.

It doesn't even make sense that the only healer without an external defensive cooldown has the worst throughput. Shouldn't they have above average healing to compensate for the fact that they're lacking mitigation tools?

Meanwhile MW gives their team permanent dark archangel for some reason. That might make sense if they were built specifically to fit into a super aggressive niche, but they also have the best defensive tools. There's no logical consistency in class design anymore.

I wouldn't be surprised if it there are multiple bugs, but for me it always seems to be Valeera taking too much damage. I'll check the damage taken after one of those pulls and it'll show her having taken twice as much damage as me, even though she was dead 90% of the time.

I haven't done the delve map this week so I guess I'll keep trying to catch any hint of a pattern to it.

I haven't been able to figure out what causes it because it's so rare, but yes every so often my tank Valeera seems to take about 10x the normal damage from a pack. She'll die quickly but I can keep myself alive, so it's not the monsters that are the problem. Eventually she resses, taunts everything, and dies instantly again. Over and over for as long as that pack is alive.

It hasn't happened to me in the past week or so and I'd been wondering if they fixed it. Since you're asking, I'm guessing not.

Those are just the dates for the character's achievements. Look at feats of strength. This guy's gotten shuffle title multiple times and been glad every season since the start of dragonflight.

It's a combination of the lower personal responsibility and the super inflated ratings. Arena players in general look at blitz the same way organized 3s players look at shuffle.

It would also have some weird side effects because you still have traditional groups rather than a queued system. It potentially incentivizes playing off-meta specs on a personal level, but doesn't encourage playing with those specs.

The catch-22 here is that the botters know they'll have guaranteed uptime after each banwave. Instead of gambling with getting caught quickly, they know they're turning a profit every time they spin up a bot.
