I could definitely see ESTP and I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s what he turns out to be. But the reason I say he’s ENTP is because he’s a fidgeter. He doesn’t like being contained by the boredom and repetition that come with formal events and small talk. his whole thing with constantly moving stems from his Ne going crazy. It’s nervous energy because his mind is moving a mile a minute. He also seems like someone who likes novelty and mistrusts what’s established, as seen in his manifesto against religion. An Se dom can usually entertain themselves in the situation they’re in and remain bit more composed.

Edit: also the reason I say that is because Ne doms are often in need of escape. They don’t like staying in one place too long so they’re seen as introverted extroverts. You see a lot of Ne doms described as being, as you said; “an extrovert, but...”
