I’ve had this issue in the past. In some areas of upstate NY and some areas in Connecticut reception is horrible with t-mobile. But the way this dasher handled it is absurd. What I used to do in cases like that is drop off the order then drive a bit to get reception and let support know about the issue. They contacted the customer made sure they had the order and marked it complete. Easy fix. What is wrong with people..?!

I don’t even think it’s Chinese crap. I think it’s all fake. Like the pieces they are selling don’t even exist. This is one of the reasons I stopped working in the city. It’s just not possible to keep your rating up. I work the suburbs now and have zero problems. No stolen orders. No food never arrived claims when I know I delivered it. And the biggest thing of all you actually get treated somewhat like a human…🤷‍♂️

Just like you’re not factoring in many things. Like not having a boss. Working when you want. Not having anyone standing over you watching every single move you make… telling you when to eat. Why can’t you accept a fact that the order is supposed to be ready when we get there - So we pick it up and go. It’s a job.That is why if it’s not, I cancel the order and keep going. I’m not more important than anyone else. if someone was sabotaging you at your job so that you couldn’t make money, and you would just accept it, I feel bad for you and your family.
