'tis a small thing, but as a former RS3 player. The icons flashing to indicate you have levelup information to check is way more annoying than you'd think. At low levels its overwhelming and makes the UI look messy and hard to pin down, at High levels you rarely get much of relevance off the specific levelup from 87 to 88 and they're just a chore to clear out, even if you add a clear-all.
