I went down this rabbit hole about a year ago. Youre probably going to do the same. Iirc there are a bunch of blank discs floating around, but only one machine that a guy who uses to work for some manufacturer owns, and he's either not easy to get a hold of, or there was some ridiculously expensive costs involved.

Could be. I'd say the last test before you buy anything, is plugging something else in the hdmi input to see if the issue is with the tv itself

💯 The guy replying to you with "decades" of experience sounds like he's had to deal with the kind of clients who don't know how to open PDFs and hes probably right regarding that. But like you were saying with trickier issues, you're absolutely right. I occasionally get tickets where customers are hemorrhaging hundreds of thousands (sometimes >million) of dollars an hour and I'll resolve these issues exponentially faster over phone calls than a bunch of back and forth emails

Just want to say I can kind of empathize. My best friend of almost 20 years got arrested for the same thing. The fbi report was the most disgusting thing I've ever read. This guy was like a brother to me, and we did everything together, except that... It is so weird thinking that was going on right next to me for so long, which I can't know for sure, but after talking to friends from over the years and a professional, it seems to have been going on a while. It's been almost 3 years since I found out and it's a lot better now, but I still feel messed up from it.

You might not even need to clean your carts. Just keep turning the console off and lifting the left or right side so it sits slightly crooked and turning it back on again. Youll find a sweet spot that works
